Battle of Bands

“If the music is too loud, you are too old.” ZEST-2016 announces the battle of bands - ‘OCTAVES’, hoping to witness some earth-shatteringly melodious performances by different bands. So, come be a part of this rhythmic combat and win the prestigious title in the rock-fest of the year!

Rules

  • Participants need to get their own gear (Guitars, Keys, Processors).
  • Microphones and Drum kit will be provided by the college.
  • Use of foul language will lead to disqualification.
  • Each band will have 15 minutes of total stage time, including set up time.
  • Sound will be cut if the time limit is exceeded.
  • There should be a minimum of 3 performing members in the band.
  • Judge's decision will be final and binding.
  • Bands need to submit their video links to octaves@zestxaviers.in.

  • Originality
  • Stage presence
  • Crowd interaction
  • Tightness
