Rules
- Each team will consist of 2 members and a maximum of 2 registered teams are allowed from each college.
- Participants should bring their own material.
- Only flowers/grass/edible/ natural materials/colors are to be used. Use of paint colors is not allowed.
- Use of stencils and cut-outs are not allowed.
- Participants will only be provided with chalks.
- The time limit allotted to the team will be 1 1/2 hrs.
