Salad Decoration

“We first eat with our eyes and only later with our mouths”. An event which tempts the eyes as much as the mouth.

Rules

  • Time allotted for salad making competition is 45 minutes.
  • Number of participants per team: 2.
  • Participants must bring their own vegetables / fruits/ leaves.
  • Competitors must bring their own tools as required (no power tools /no gas or induction cooking during the event).
  • The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or harm incurred by the use of tools brought for the competition.
  • Participants may bring their own decoration material for more elegancy and style presentation.
  • The participants may prepare all the ingredients prior to the event, the final preparation/ presentation/ decoration shall be done at the competition venue.
  • Judges decision will be final and binding.
  • Participants are only allowed to use food colors.

Salads

  • A detailed recipe of the preparation shall be shown beside the dish.
  • The ingredients used must be vegetarian.
