Counter Strike GO

  1. The software used is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (Steam Version).

  2. It is a 5+1 Player Team Tournament (1 Substuition if needed).

  3. Substitutions can only be done once in the tournament and should not be playing from another team.

  4. Each team must present 1 representative. He/ she is responsible for his/her team and will be responsible for choosing maps and all communication with referees must be done through the team captain.

Game Rules:
  1. Rounds: 20 Rounds; 10 rounds on each side (Terrorists & Counter-Terrorists).

  2. Victory Condition: The first team to win 11 rounds wins the map and the round is over immediately.

  3. Each individual round is 1:45 in duration.

  4. The team playing as the Terrorist side first will be decided by the coin toss.

  5. In case of a tie after the regulation rounds end (10-10), 4 extra rounds will be played. 2 rounds as Terrorists and 2 rounds as Counter-Terrorists. First team to win 3 rounds wins the map (Repeat if necessary).

  6. Teams/Players Should arrive 30 minutes prior to the time of match; failure of which would result in disqualification of teams/players.

Doodle Army 2: Mini Militia

Experience intense multiplayer combat in with 6 players. Hear the whiz of bullets flying past your face as you tumble for over. Out smart the enemy with a well placed grenade and watch them explode into bloody confetti.

Game Rules:
  1. Game mode: Team deathmatch.

  2. Time: 6 mins 30 secs.

  3. Players: 3 per team

  4. Coin Toss will be used to decide which team’s map choice will be selected

  5. In the incident of tie the other team gets to choose the map for rematch.

  6. If one of the players forfeits the match, the team will be disqualified and the other team will be declared winner (IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SCORE).

Cheating and Rule Violation:
  1. The Coordinators has the right to disqualify and dismiss any registered player from the tournament, at their discretion, at any stage of the tournament, for any reason, with no prior warning to the player.

  2. Any protests or disagreements with tournament rules must be made directly to the Coordinators in a reasonable manner at the time of the incident, at which time a prompt decision will be made. The Coordinators decisions are final.

  3. Any competitor or team attempting to use any exploit in a map shall be immediately disqualified and may be removed from the event.

  4. Teams/Players Should arrive 30 minutes prior to the time of match; failure of which would result in disqualification of teams/players.

FIFA 15

For ease of use all games will be played in “Kick Off” Mode.

Picking Teams:
  1. Every player is allowed to pick their preferred team. Teams can be picked before the start of the game. Players are allowed to use multiple teams throughout the tournament as they please. It is accepted to have the same teams play against each other (e.g. Barcelona). In that case, the ‘away’ player will have to pick the Away Jersey for that team. In general, ‘away’ players are responsible for picking the jersey that does not resemble the home team jersey.

Score Recording
  1. The scores will be reported to the score table by both players after the game.

Game-Play Settings
  1. 6-minute Halves

  2. Injuries: On

  3. Off Sides: On

  4. Time/Score Display: On

  5. Player Status Bar: Player Names

  6. Camera: Dynamic or Tele

Substitutions
  1. Players are only allowed to pause the game if their team is in possession of the ball.

Match Schedules:
  1. Each player will play a minimum of 1 games

Forfeits:
  1. If a player does not show for the game or forfeits during the game, he/she loses the game with the maximum score of 3-0.

Standings and Tie-breakers:

It is the responsibility of the players to keep up with their team’s standings. Three points will be awarded for a win, one point for a tie and zero points for a loss in the group stage. In the event of ties in point standings, the following sequence will be used to determine who advances to the elimination stage, and who wins his group:

  1. Points earned from matches won or tied.

  2. Result of head to head game.

  3. Goal difference: Total net score for tournament games. Net score = goals scored, less goals scored against.

  4. If two teams are still tied, a 12min (6min per half) match will be played to determine the winner.

  5. After a tied game in knock-out stage, the game will go to overtime and then penalties to determine a winner.

Conduct and Discipline:
  1. The administration has the right to disqualify players from the tournament after misconduct or unethical behaviour during the Tournament. Disqualification means that the player is not allowed to play any more games in the Tournament and will automatically lose every next game with the maximum score of 3-0.

General Rules:
  1. Upon kickoff, a player has to pass the ball atleast three times before scoring.

  2. Frequent and purposeful pausing during game play may be subject to disqualification.

  3. No sideline coaching is allowed. You may cheer or boo as the game progresses, but you may not offer advice to anyone playing a game.

  4. If a player purposely turns off a game while it’s in progress, that player will be disqualified from the tournament. Entry into future tournaments may be denied.

  5. All players must play the Game using the prescribed game-play settings. Any deviation from these settings will result in automatic disqualification. If game settings are found to be wrong by the tournament administrators, the players and the game will be disqualified.

  6. Teams/Players Should arrive 30 minutes prior to the time of match; failure of which would result in disqualification of teams/players.

DOTA 2

  1. Game used: DOTA 2 (Tournament)

  2. Competition method: 5 versus 5 [Team play, 5-7 players per team (5 main, 2 reserves)]

  3. Game mode: Captain's Mode (CM)

  4. Sides: (Radiant / Dire) will be determined by the host.

  5. Victory condition: The first team to destroy the other team’s ancient.

LOBBY SETTINGS:
  1. Mode: Captains Mode (All Pick when a rehost is needed [same hero, same player])

  2. Spectators: ON

  3. Password: will be given during the tournament.

  4. Version: Tournament

  5. Spectator delay: Two (2) minutes.

SPECIFIC RULES:
  1. During the tournament all members team must have their team tag during the event.

  2. Players must be prepared before their scheduled games.

  3. All competitors must be present 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match.

  4. Teams who fails to join the room at the first fifteen (15) minutes from the start of their schedules will automatically lose at the game one (1) of their match series. (excuses are not entertained, even if the game is updating, etc.)

  5. Teams who fails to join the room at the next fifteen (15) minutes will automatically lose the whole series (game of three matches).

  6. Players who are registered must be the one to play. If a reserve is needed, only the listed reserves must also play.

  7. Final calls are irrevocable.

GAME RESTRICTIONS:
  1. The sharing of basic regeneration items, consumables, and gems are allowed. Items shared may not be kept or used for any other purpose (i.e. reselling).

  2. It is not allowed to purposefully suicide to drop item for another player.

  3. Backdooring is allowed.

  4. Any cheats, hacks or exploits are illegal and not allowed in play. A punishment will be serve to the offender which will be determined by the administration.

  5. Teams/Players Should arrive 30 minutes prior to the time of match; failure of which would result in disqualification of teams/players.

PAUSING THE GAME:
  1. If any player disconnects during a match, the game will be paused (default is F9) until the player has reconnected.

  2. Pausing is not used for any other reason other than disconnections and hardware malfunctions.

  3. Each team can only pause the game for not more than 5 minutes.

  4. If 5 minutes have passed and the disconnected player has not returned, then the game would be resumed regardless if the player would reconnect or not. (if the same person disconnects more than once, all times get added up)

DETERMINING MATCH WINNER
  1. A game is finished, when an Ancient Fortress is destroyed, when one team obviously forfeits, when the majority of a team leaves on purpose, or when the administration decides on it.

  2. Any team that fails to appear for any scheduled Standard Match will be charged with a forfeit. Similarly, a forfeit will result when a team does not have the minimum number of required players in the time allocated to start a match. A Standard Match forfeit will count as a loss. Standard Matches include any match that is not in the playoffs.

  3. The game will be played in a single elimination match. Match schedule will be provided a day after the registration deadline.

GAMING ETIQUETTE
  1. No trash talking. Warnings will be given on first offense, second offense will be disqualification.
