Team Size: 3-5 members


Rules and regulations:
  1. Elimination Round:There will be a written quiz related to advertisements, taglines, brands, logos etc.
  2. Teams who will be able to clear quiz will qualify for the final round.
  3. Final Round :Teams will be given a product or name of services on the spot. An advertisement has to be prepared on it which will be presented in the form of a skit. Teams are required to give an innovative tagline accompanied with a jingle.
  4. It is mandatory to enact a famous personality who would be shown as the “Brand Ambassador” in the skit.
  5. Teams will only get 4 minutes to perform their skit, jingle, and tagline.
  6. One hour will be given to each team for preparation.
  7. The advertisement should be in English or Hindi.
  8. Caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation, etc. in this skit.
  9. The contestants are strictly advised not to disclose the name of their colleges/institution to the jury members/audience.
  10. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  11. The contestant may opt for a suitable dress code, however the name of the college should not be displayed on the dresses in any form.
  12. In case participants exceed the time limit judges will be free to disqualify the team.
  13. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the venue, time and rules, if desired.
  14. Organizing committee will not be responsible for any technical fault which may occur.Participants are required to bring their own laptops, pen drives, or any necessary gadgets for audio visual content.

    Are you the ultimate pop culture buff? Do your friends look at you in astonishment as you rattle off unbeknownst facts and behind the scene stories of Game of Thrones and House of Cards? Well we are here to purge your entertainment knowledge and put it to good use. Get ready to battle out and test your knowledge realms covering movies, television and all things pop culture. The focus is going to be on the industry of entertainment and if you are a bird of the infotainment world, flock right in! Let's get quizzical!

    Rules and regulations:
    1. Team Size: 2-3 members
    2. The quiz competition will contain a total of 3 rounds.
    3. The questions will be related to Bollywood and Hollywood movies, Bollywood songs and popular foreign TV series.
    4. Participants shall not be allowed to use mobile phones and any other electronic gadgets.
    5. In case of a tie in any round, there will be a tie-breaker which will be decided by the Quiz Master on the spot.


    Preliminary Round–
  • It will be a written elimination round.
  • It will be wholly based on Bollywood and Hollywood movies, Bollywood songs and Popular Foreign TV Series.
  • This round will contain a total of 25 MCQ based questions.
  • 6 teams will qualify from this round.
  • Duration of time will be 15 mins.
  • Judgment criteria – the teams who will score the highest will qualify.
  • 1 mark for each correct answer.
  • The decision of the Quiz Master shall be final.


    • Round One –
  • Top 6 teams will qualify for this round.
  • This round will be wholly based on Bollywood and Hollywood movies.
  • Each team will be asked 5 questions.
  • 5 marks for each correct answer and a negative marking of 2 marks for each wrong answer.
  • 2 teams with the least scores will be eliminated at the end of this round.
  • The decision of the Quiz Master shall be final.


    • Round Two –
  • Top 4 teams will qualify for this round.
  • This round will be wholly based on Bollywood songs.
  • This is an audio-visual round.
  • It will be a buzzer round and the team that presses the buzzer first will be allotted 5 seconds to answer the question.
  • 5 marks for each correct answer and a negative marking of 2 marks for each wrong answer.
  • 2 teams with the least scores will be eliminated at the end of this round.
  • The decision of the Quiz Master shall be final.


    • Round Three –
  • This will be a rapid fire round.
  • This round will be wholly based on Foreign TV Series.
  • Each team will have to answer 20 questions in the time frame of 1 minute.
  • If the team does not answer the question immediately, the quiz master will move on to the next question.
  • 1 mark for each correct answer.
  • The decision of the Quiz Master shall be final.

    Rules and regulations:
    1. There will be a total of three rounds.
    2. First round will be an elimination round.
    3. The second and the third round will have a series of tasks.
    4. Participants are suggested to avoid wearing valuable items like wrist watches and jewelry during the event.
    5. The team which takes minimum time to complete the final round wins the competition.
    6. The participants are requested to wear sports shoes during the event.
    7. Teams will be disqualified for any kind of misbehavior and the management decision will be binding in this regard.

    2. The details of the rounds will be declared at the time of the event.

    Zest Premier League- The Auction

    It’s the time of the year when players go under the hammer. Welcome to Zest edition of IPL auction. It’s time to place your bid. But beware. Don’t forget to analyze and assess the situation before expending. Build your dream team. Choose among the top players from around the world. Trust your intuition and spend wisely in the high paced bidding frenzy.



    Team Size: 3-5 members


    Rules and regulations:
      Round 1
    1. There will be a Cricket quiz in the first round.

      2. Round 2
    2. 150 players will be available in the Zest auction for IPL Players.
    3. Players are selected on the basis of their performance in IPL.
    4. Each team can spend up to 60 crores during auction. Failing to spend within the limit will lead to disqualification.
    5. All players available for auction have some attributes from 0-100 (0 is worst and 100 is best) on the basis of their stats in IPL. The detailed performance of each player will be shown to you on the projector.
    6. Each team should at least manage to have 15 players (with minimum 5 batsman 5 bowler, and 1 wicketkeeper) in their squad failing which they will be automatically disqualified.
    7. The base price for the first 15 players will be 2 crores. The team can bid any value of money they want to spend for the player on sale.
    8. The base price for next 35 players will be 1 crores. The team can bid any value of money they want to spend for the player on sale.
    9. The base price for the next 40 players will be 50 lakhs. The team can bid any value of money they want to spend for the player on sale.
    10. The base price for the next 60 players will be 20 lakhs. The team can bid any value of money they want to spend for the player on sell.
    11. The unsold players will once again participate in auction will the base price of 10 lakhs.
    12. When 2 teams are bidding for a player it is recommended for others not to interrupt until any one of them gives up.
    13. The value of each player purchased by the team will be then added and the team with highest value will be declared as winner.

Each round will test the participants on multiple fronts, ranging from their mental alertness to awareness on a variety of issues.



    Rules and regulations:
  • On the spot registration by filling the form for Mister and Miss Zest
  • Judgement is based on talent, wit,confidence and costumes of the participants.
  • Further rounds for the selected participants -
    Round One - Personal Interview
    Round Two - Ramp walk, selection purely on the basis of confidence, costume, walk, pose and outfit.
    Round Three - Q&A and Talent round, decision taken by the judges will be treated as final.

  • No misbehaviour will be entertained.
  • Vulgarity in any form is prohibited, participants will be disqualified in such a case.
