RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • Eligibility: The contest is open to all students. All entries should be submitted on an individual basis. No shared work is allowed.
  • Objective: Design or propose a poster to take consideration of the topic which is given before the event day. All subject matter must be in good taste.
  • Poster Size: Poster can be horizontal or vertical, measuring 12” x 18” (in inches)
  • Media: Students are allowed to download only three relevant images related to the theme which will be included in the poster.
  • To download the images internet facility will be provided for a limited span of time and all the source files should be stored in the participant’s folder on desktop.
  • All posters design must be original art. No trademarked or copyrighted images or phrases should be used.
  • No further material will be provided to the participants.
  • Guidelines: To make an attractive poster using of Vector-Based Images, Maintaining Alignment, avoiding paragraphs, appropriate font combinations and colors combination will be appreciated.
  • Submission Format: Poster designs should be submitted as a 300 dpi JPG or PDF.
  • Winner: One winner will be chosen by a panel of judges shall be final and binding announced on November 7, 2019 (Event Day) and awarded a Trophy with Winner Certificate.
  • Obscenity (at the discretion of the judges) of any kind is not allowed and will lead to disqualification.
  • The winning poster may be displayed on College Notice Board with credits and posted on Xavier’s official social media channels.
  • Time Duration: 120 min of time will be allotted to each participant
  • Participant will be disqualified on exceeding the time limit or deviating from the theme.
  • Designing Software’s used: CorelDraw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

Counter Strike: Global Offensive
Round 1: Qualifying Round
  • Each team must have 5 players only.
  • All slots will be open for registration
  • It will be based on a first come first serve basis
  • Participants must have an active CS:GO account in good standing and added to their profile
  • Team captains are required to update the Admin beforehand and provide full details of players and stand-ins. This includes: Full Name, Game Nickname, Steam Account, Contact Information and Email IDs
Round 2
  • All rules remain the same as Round 1, except the map pool The map pool will always be the Active Duty map pool and therefore might be updated before each tournament.
  • Restrictions: Illegal scripts - In general, all scripts are illegal except for buy, toggle and demo scripts. Violations of these rules will lead the team to a direct ban from the event.


PUBG Mobile
Game Rules
  • Sharing ID and Password of the gaming room with any unregistered player is not allowed. If found, the player(s) shall be disqualified from the event
  • Join the room before the game starts. If failed to do so, the participant will be disqualified without further discussion
  • Only the Play Store or the App Store version of the game is allowed
  • Hacking is strictly prohibited. If found hacking or using unfair means, the player(s) will be disqualified.
  • Organizers will restart the match if any setting of the server is incorrect or the game is disrupted due to any unforeseen incident
  • Match can be delayed for cross verification of the identification of the player(s)
  • Players will be assigned a “Team Code Number” through which they’ll be assigned a random batch
Round 1
  • Match will be played on Classic Mode on Erangel Map
  • Match will be played in Squad Mode only
  • Match will be played in Third Person Perspective (TPP)
  • Administrators have the right to spectate and record the gameplay of the match to ensure fair play
Round 2: Finals
  • Qualified players will be informed by the Admin team after the completion of Round 1
  • Match will be played on Classic Mode and the map can be decided on the basis of the players’ choice
  • Match will be played in Squad Mode only
  • Match will be played in Third Person Perspective (TPP)
  • Administrators have the right to spectate and record the gameplay of the match to ensure fair play


FIFA 19
Game Rules
  • Valid for all the rounds: Single match of 4 minutes
  • Players are allowed to get their own controllers or Joysticks
  • No coaches allowed.
